Yong-Gon has more than 20 years of experience building and leading global security teams. As CEO, he is responsible for all aspects of business rhythm at Focal Point Data Risk. Yong-Gon was previously responsible for driving the strategy and direction for the cyber security division of Kratos Defense and Security Solutions. He has held senior leadership positions across numerous cyber security organizations including Cybertrust, iDefense, MCI and SRA, executing professional services for Fortune 1000 and government clients. Yong-Gon has served as an adjunct professor at The George Washington and Georgetown Universities and holds a B.S. in Management from The George Washington University. He is a published author and frequent speaker at industry events, TV and radio.
Executive Chairman and Founder of Cyber Risk Management, LLC
Joel A. Schleicher is our Executive Chairman, focused primarily on strategy, partnering transactions and market positioning. Joel has over 30 years of success working with private equity firms as an advisor, board member, Chairman, CEO or COO in the technology and telecom sectors. He was the Chairman and CEO of Presidio Networked Solutions, Inc., a company he founded in 2004 and developed into the leader in professional and managed services for advanced IT infrastructure. He previously served as the Chairman and CEO of Interpath Communications, Inc., CEO of Expanets, Inc., and President and COO of Nextel Communications, Inc. He serves or has served on the Boards of Directors for a number of public and private companies, both domestic and international and several not for profits.
Brian Allingham is the Administrative Partner for Norwest Equity Partners (“NEP”). With NEP, Brian is primarily responsible for all operational, administrative and compliance responsibilities for the buyout and mezzanine funds. In addition, he works closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute strategic growth and operational improvement plans. He joined NEP in 2004 from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked in the firm’s global capital markets, advising companies in Europe and Asia. Brian also serves on the boards of Christy Sports, Data & Contact Management, Edge Fitness, Marco and Movati Athletic.
Miles Cook is the Managing Partner and Office Head of the Atlanta office of Bain & Company. He is a leader in the firm’s Performance Improvement practice and the founder of the Supply Chain practice at Bain. In addition, Miles is a leader in Bain’s Private Equity practice. Since joining Bain in 1986, he has worked across a wide range of clients and industries on growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, new business and new product launches and performance improvement programs. Miles also serves on the Board of Directors for Telluride Science Research Center. He is a past board member of Cloud Sherpas, the Atlanta Committee for Progress and Presidio Networked Solutions, Inc.
Bruce Eatroff is a Founding Partner at Halyard Capital, where he lends his management and investing experience to companies in the media, communications and business services industries. Bruce has more than 25 years of Wall Street experience, including senior positions at Goldman Sachs, UBS Securities and CIBC World Markets. He also serves on the Boards of Jun Group and OneSource Virtual. He has also held past board positions with Datamyx, Hanley Wood, TRANZACT, ImpreMedia and Presidio Networked Solutions, Inc.
At the start of Cisco’s fiscal year on August 1, Brian Marlier will assume the role of Cisco’s Senior Vice President in charge of Global Enterprise Strategy and Architectures. Since 2008, he has served as Cisco’s Senior Vice President of U.S. Enterprise Sales, where he is responsible for sales of Cisco technology and services to 560 of the company’s largest customers in the United States. Marlier has also served as the Area Vice President for Cisco’s Central Enterprise Area. Prior to joining Cisco, Marlier served as Vice President of Sales for Nortel Public Data Networks, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for EMASS, Vice President of Sales for Hitachi Data Systems and a District Manager for EMC.
Tom Schauerman is a Partner with Norwest Equity Partners, where he works within the technology and business services, manufacturing and distribution industries. Tom works closely with portfolio management teams, helping to build and execute strategic growth plans. Prior to joining NEP in 1998, he worked with investment banking firm Crowell, Weedon & Company. Tom also serves on the boards of Actagro, GoHealth, Marco, Surgical Information Systems and Welocalize.
