Focal Point Experts to Speak at the 2019 North America CACS Conference

Tampa, FL – Focal Point Data Risk, an integrated risk management firm, today announced that its experts will be featured in three sessions at the North America Computer Audit, Control and Security (CACS) 2019 Conference in Anaheim, Calif. Focal Point experts will present on a range of topics, including auditing techniques for digital communication and strategies for building integrated risk management programs. Focal Point will also be in the exhibit hall at Booth #111 throughout the conference, speaking with attendees about their cybersecurity, internal audit, privacy, and compliance challenges. The 2019 NA CACS Conference runs May 13- 15.

 

Session #111: Performing IT Audits in the Era of Emojis, Memes, and LOLs

In this session, Spring Phillips and Joyce Block will identify the ongoing changes in modern language, describe the direct impact on IT auditors, and detail how to successfully overcome these challenges. Raj has spent many years supporting CISOs, CAEs, CTOs, and other business leaders, giving him a unique perspective on how IT audit and information security can work together.
